The online Capture WA register
The online Capture WA register is an online portal supporting the Capture WA program.
Organisations can search, submit, manage and track the status of requests using the register.
The register will be accessible to authenticated users of government agencies, as per the scope of the Capture WA program.
A user guide is available, which includes information on how to submit and search for requests.
Step 1: Create your account
Users will be authenticated using Google accounts. We recommend that users should use their current work email as the account username.
- Go to accounts.google.com
- Click on ‘Create an account’
- Click on the ‘I prefer to use my current email address’ under ‘Choose your username’ to enter your current work email
Step 2: Register your account
Contact your agency administrator and request for your account to be registered with the system. You will need to supply the following information:
- Your name
- Google account username
- Agency and section
- Work email (used for all correspondence)
- Telephone number

Step 3: Access the register
Enter the online Capture WA register.
The register will show a quick start guide on startup. Detailed help documentation is also accessible via the register.
