SPUR powered by Landgate is excited to announce the recipients of the third round of the SPURonWA grant program:

The 2018 SPURonWA grant cohort spans six business sectors from agriculture to IT and addressing issues ranging from water trading to super-mapping. They join our strong team of 16 existing SPURonWA grants winners. Read our success stories.

From a highly competitive field of applications from WA entrepreneurs and innovators, the eight projects were selected for their potential to meet SPUR objectives:

  • reduce operating costs of government and industry
  • improve government service delivery to benefit the community
  • help develop and grow successful local business enterprises that will contribute to the WA economy.

SPURonWA grants are just one way that Landgate assists the development of new Western Australian businesses. Since launching in 2016, SPUR has collaborated with more than 150 WA start-ups, researchers and government agencies on new innovations that accelerate economic development in the digital economy.
